Patients which, will receive therapy at the Basic Unit of Rehabilitation and Social Integration in Chicoautlan 3000, were affected, because of the closure of the clinic for over six years. This was caused because of the lack of service on the place which was completely abandoned. And it was restored by the DIF of Ecatepec.
The Mayor Fernando Vilchis Contreras and the head of the DIF on Ecatepec, Esmeralda Vallejo Martínez reopened the UBRIS, which has a therapeutic tank, one of its kind in Ecatepec.
