IEEM´s library spread new bibliographic acquisitions

In order that students, academics, researchers and citizens, in general, know the new bibliographic and hemerographic materials that are incorporated into the library of the Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico (IEEM).The Bulletin of new acquisitions is now available.
This bimonthly electronic publication is hosted on the institutional website www.ieem.org.mx in the mini-site of the Electoral Training and Documentation Center ( CFDE ) in the Specialized Library section. In addition, postgraduate students and library users receive information by email.
The materials are already available, either for consultation in the room or for home loans, in which case users only have to complete the procedure in order to obtain the library credential.
Among some of the new acquisitions highlighted in number 23 of the Bulletin corresponding to the months of March-April 2019 are "Studies on Parliament", whose author is Manuel Aragón Reyes; "Systems and models of constitutional control in Mexico" of José Ramón Cossío Díaz, both published by the Institute of Legal Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
Also the book "Argumentation and legal interpretation: scepticism, intentionalism and constructivism" by Isabel Lifante Vidal, from the Editorial Tirant lo Blanch; "Democracy, participation and parties" text by Octavio Rodríguez Araujo, from the Orfila Valentini Publishing Group.
The work of Alejandro Sahuí "Human Rights, Disadvantaged Groups and Democracy", by Editorial Fontamara and, the "Politics" by David Runciman of Ediciones Turner whose translation is by Marta Alcaraz.
In terms of hemerography, the last fascicles of the journals Nexos, Proceso, Letras Libres stand out; the number 60 of the Magazine of the IEEM, "Electoral Notes" and the number 56 of the "Electoral Gazette: Organ of diffusion of the IEEM".
In addition to these publications, the library has an extensive bibliographic collection that deals with issues of democracy, law, electoral justice, democratic political culture, civic culture, philosophy, ethics, marketing, among others.
It is worth mentioning that the library is located in the CFDE on the side of the central building, address Paseo Tollocan number 944, Santa Ana Tlapaltitlán colony, Toluca State of Mexico, where students, academics, specialists and citizens in general can consult the works before mentioned.
