The government of Ecatepec, through the Youth Institute (Injuve), awarded 16 outstanding young people from the community during the first installment of the Youth with Values Presidency, a distinction that was given to students, artists, athletes and activists of up to 29 year old.
"I think this is what we need as youth, this support, this motivation so that we can increase the values and talent in Ecatepec," said Juan Salvador Ramírez, one of the winners.
