Nowadays, on mexiquense territory have been increasing significantly the housing development, but some of them without following all the rules in force. Which causes conditions of insalubrity and no access to public services, such as safe transportation, employment and education.
On a press conference, the 4th governing and the head of the Comisión de Obras Públicas y Desarrollo Urbano, Arturo Chavarría Sánchez, expressed that the increasing loss of donated land by shareholder of common land on the town, to allocate to construction of housing development. Besides from stand out the lack of control over this works.
