Martha Lucía Mícher Camanera, president of the Gender Equality Commission said that on the next few days it will be presented on the Senate a proposal to reform the constitution in order to guarantee the equality in all levels and positions of the state government.
During the seminar Dialogues for Democracy and Equity to an Equity free of politic violence in gender issues of the UNAM, on this project, was specified that they are looking for equity on the autonomous administrative agencies, committees, and on the three parts and levels of the government. It will no longer be optional, but mandatory.
