In consequence of preventive police patrol on the town, agents of the “Secretaría de Seguridad” arrested a 16 years old boy in possession of explosives.
Facts were registered on the central avenue and “Lourdes” avenue, where the state police made rounds on their cars, and without any apparent reason, a kid started running.
The agents of the SS followed him because of his evasive behaviour, they were able to catch him some meters ahead and they questioned him to check everything was in order. However, the individual was acting suspiciously.
