The closure of the poll boxes in the State of Mexico is reported without big incidents in this election day of the Sunday, in which not only the Republic Presidential, the Senate, and the Federal Congress were voted, but also the 125 city councils and the Local Congress with 75 deputies.

However, despite having an unusual a fluency of electors, it reports crowds in the special poll boxes that were installed to the “electors in transit”, because hundreds of people attended to vote, but there were not ballots enough.

This provoked strikes in many municipalities and different points of the territory, even outside of the IEEM people showed up with signs demanding their right to the vote. These scenes were repeated in the special poll boxes of the Toluca Terminal, Tlalnepantla, Texcoco, Ecatepec and Nezahualcoyotl.

Also, it is reported similar problems in some poll boxes that for the first time were installed in public hospitals in order the staff can vote. Little by little a lot of people remained without voting, came to the poll boxes in the hospitals, supposing not being allowed to do it.

The ballots insufficiency was reported in all special poll boxes throughout the country.

To the closure of the poll boxes, it was reported the participation above of the 60% in municipalities like Ocuilan, Tenancingo, Almoloya de Juarez, Zinacantepec, and Toluca.

In the case of the State of Mexico, the electoral councils trusted in which the participation of this day overtakes the historical 67.7% that reached in the federal election of 2012.
