Due to the current contingency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to be in constant communication with citizens, the Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico (IEEM) makes the institutional email account available contingencia@ieem.org.mx to through which they may be contacted.
Also, they can communicate to the number of WhatsApp of the Electoral Guidance Center (COE) 722 512 49 08 and your email account dpc@ieem.org.mx.
The activities of the electoral body will also continue to be disseminated on the website www.ieem.org.mx as well as on social networks such as Facebook and YouTube with the user IEEM Oficial and Twitter and Instagram as @IEEM_MX.
Meanwhile, all those who require the delivery of a document in the Official Parts Office, it is reported that the hours for receiving documents will be from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00; whose attention will be made in accordance with the relevant protocol, by security personnel at the main entrance of the building.
The foregoing complies with what has been approved by the IEEM General Board, which establishes the implementation of measures to prevent the transmission and spread of COVID-19 to safeguard the integrity of the user population and staff.
Highlighting the same time are postponed until further notice, the activities involving the congregation or movement of people, ie the actual classes of the curriculum taught at the Center for Training and Documentation Electoral exchanged for virtual sessions on the Moodle platform, as well as conducting conferences, workshops, courses, and presentations, which become virtual meetings.
In this way, the electoral body continues to work using technologies to keep in touch with the citizens and promote democracy.
