Despite that a federal court ordered the revoking of preventive prision, justified against the former Secretary of Social Development, Rosario Robles, the former functionary was not able to be released until a control judge makes again the inicial audit on the case, for inadecuate exercise of public service that the General District’s Attorny of the Republic has against her since August.
This way the Federal Magistrate Ricardo Paredes Calderón, head of the Fifth Unitary Tribunal on Penal matter on Mexico City granted 48 hours to the control judge Felipe de Jesus Delgadillo Padierna, in order to determine if Robles should remain or not in preventive custody.
