By majority vote Toluca’s Town Hall approved a reform to the Municipal Regulatory Code in order to the participations of general matters on the hall, are limited to four by counselor, not one more. Which for some members of the Hall, as the Counselor Arturo Chavarria, it could be considered as a measurement that impinges the right of Freedom of expression, and it is old-fashioned.
The measurement was adopted by most of the votes during the 29 ordinary session of the City Hall.
