The Electoral Training and Documentation Center of the Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico (IEEM), thanks to the recertification of the ISO 9001: 2015 by the British Standards Institution (BSI), which allows the continuous improvement of its internal processes mainly services and administrative, has managed to promote the optimal development of the democratic life of citizens.
The above has been reflected in the quality of assistance provided to users in the publication of publications on electoral political matters, in admission to postgraduate programs; in the attention to the users of the library, and also in the planning process.
The quality management system, based on the edition of publications on electoral political matters, begins with the intention of the user to publish his work, from there a review is made by the Technical Secretariat, which verifies whether the subject It is consistent with the subject matter or if it enters any of the editorial collections to be subsequently submitted to the Editorial Committee responsible for approving the opinions.
Once the results of the opinions have been initiated, the review by the proofreaders, even already trained in design, begins with the request to the administrative area to print to begin a bidding process.
