The municipal president of Ecatepec, Fernando Vilchis Contreras, and the head of the municipal DIF, Esmeralda Vallejo Martínez, inaugurated the first “Sala Uno” Ophthalmology Clinic and the Municipal Health Unit, in Civic Center 2 of the Granjas Valle de Guadalupe colony.
The buildings were enabled in an abandoned space, which had become a refuge for the poor in the area.
