The book “I vote then demand. Mexico after the elections in 2018” is an instrument to build citizenship, but most of all is a taunt to think of democracy, participation, giving explanations to the people, compromise, and reconfiguration of political parties and institutions, the electoral councilor from the Instituto Electoral del Estado de Mexico, Pedro Zamudio Gomez claimed.

The councilor hall of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, was the place where the presentation of the work, which has 140 pages, divided into 14 texts, which are written on parts. Meaning that women experts on the topic analyze the half, and the other half by men, whom stand out the importance of knowing further than the electoral processes, was held.
