The Comisión de Comunicaciones y Transportes of the 60 Legislature approved the proposal of the verdict of the initiative, which stops form enlarger license periods to enterprises after having concluded the time previously settled. And to return the goods to the state.
In 2015 the law OHL was approved, and it was a suggestion from the former governor Eruviel Ávila Villegas. The law permitted the enterprises to still carry on with their concessions when they recovered the inversion made. Which was a benefice mainly to the building company OHL, which now is called Aleática. Which operates on the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense and the Viaducto Bicentenario.
The proposal of the verdict was approved by unanimity by seven members of the committee of the PRI, PRD, PAN, PT, PES and Morena as the associate congress representatives from Morena who went, Faustino de la Cruz, Azucena Cisneros y Gabriel Gutiérrez Cureño.
