On the time frame of the events to celebrate 23 years of the creation of the Instituto Electoral del Estado de México, electoral consultants gave an award to electoral public servants, which celebrated 10, 15, and 20 years of unstopped work in the institution.
The consultant president of the institution, Pedro Zamudio Godínez, led the ceremony and the electoral consultants Maria Guadalupe Gonzales Jordan, Laura Daniela Duran Ceja Saul Mandujano Rubio and Francisco Bello Corona and the Executive Secretary Francisco Javier Lopez Corral.
