Toluca City Major Juan Rodolfo presents his supplementary governance report after 45 days of his mandate and anticipates actions to be taken in terms of security.
Ricardo Moreno Bastida – technical secretary of Toluca – identified at least five central hotspots in terms of insecurity. Every single one of these spots belongs to the Estate University, where robbery is frequent to students and workers. For this reason, especial preventive police operation supported by the Justice Department of the State will be held in such spots.
