The deputy of Morena, Max Correa, acknowledged that the public universities operated by the government of the State of Mexico, have become “placement agencies” of the PRI and the state administration, which use them “grotesquely” to employ their electoral debts, whether or not they meet the requirements, as happened in the case of the Technological University of the Toluca Valley (UTVT) located in Lerma, where the rector arrived in office without complying with the provisions of the law and where airmen complaints are filed, irregular awards and even mistreatment of personnel.
