In an interview, Chavarría said that at the time of its construction during the term of Arturo Montiel, no trade or permit was presented that accredited it. He asked the Director of Public Works and Urban Development, a record to support its construction, but the response was negative.
He assured that it will be until the following week where, in a town hall meeting, the issue of its removal will be addressed together with the directors of public works and their respective legal areas, as had recently been foreseen at a press conference offered by the official, through the proposal of an urban image and land use regulation of the Paseo Tollocan urban corridor.
