New observations of the ASF to the GEM per one thousand 815 MDP
The Superior Audit Office of the Federation (ASF) made observations to the government of the State of Mexico, by one thousand 815 million 405 thousand 400 pesos, in federalized resources transferred in 2018. Thus, being again the health sector the second with more irregularities detected, paying resources and bonuses to workers who no longer work.
According to the first installment of the Report on the Result of the Superior Inspection of the Public Account 2018, the government of Mexico received transfers from three funds of Branch 33 and one program. It should be noted that 2018 was an election year, like 2017, when the observations, especially in health, exceeded 4 billion pesos.
This year, the Secretary of Health of the Mexican government, which operates the resources of the federation through the Institute of Health of the State of Mexico (ISEM), received observations in the resources of the Contribution Fund for Health Services (FASS), for 338 million 12 thousand 900 pesos. In addition, the entire budget assigned to the entity of the "Escuelas al Cien" program was observed due to inadequate controls.
