The company that operates the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense (CONMEX), a subsidiary of Aleática and OHL, is behind the illegal arrest of the activist and defender of human rights, Kenia Hernández, who was charged by the consortium linked to the Mexican government. Since last May for attacks on the general communication channels and damage to property, however, in the absence of evidence, the Mexican Attorney General of Justice (FGJEM), would have fabricated an additional charge to achieve her arrest and subsequent incarceration.

According to a press conference in which activists and lawyers members of the National Network of Human Rights Defenders participated, the Office of the Prosecutor would have illegally established both of them, violating due process, but also in a national context, in the one that is taking place the violent arrest of activists and intimidation against journalists.

The members of the network that participated in the conference organized by CENCOS warned that the FGJEM used a report illegally prepared by the Mexican Concession Company (Conmex), which details the personal and political profile of the feminist fighter and defender Kenia Hernández, to manufacture the crime of robbery with violence of 500 pesos.
