The expert in constitutional justice Erik Garay Bravo, said that currently in the State of Mexico and the country there is a deep social crisis for not having a culture of legality, and this is because if the institutions responsible for preparing lawyers from Classrooms do not forge them under a critical perspective attached to legality and ethics, we may continue to fall into the vices of impunity and injustice that currently govern and operate the justice-seeking instances themselves.

During the keynote lecture he gave Monday at the Faculty of Law of the UAEMéx and entitled: “The nature of the Accusatory Criminal Justice System; Epistemological analysis ”, the expert, said that citizens do not have a well established perspective of what is“ legal due ”or“ ethical due ”, which has an unbalanced society for the optimal exercise of legality.
