The expert in constitutional justice Erik Garay Bravo, said that currently in the State of Mexico and the country there is a deep social crisis for not having a culture of legality, and this is because if the institutions responsible for preparing lawyers from Classrooms do not forge them under a critical perspective attached to legality and ethics, we may continue to fall into the vices of impunity and injustice that currently govern and operate the justice-seeking instances themselves.
