The governor of the State of Mexico, Alfredo del Mazo Maza, fell to third place among the country's most reputable governors, according to the latest Mexico Choose survey.
In this survey, corresponding to this month, Alfredo del Mazo has a 32.9% approval, only above the morenista governor of Puebla, Miguel Barbosa, with 29.1%, and the governor of Morelos, Cuauhtémoc Blanco, with 20.9%. Obviously, that also puts him in the last place of the PRI governors.
In addition, it has the third-lowest percentage of approval in the management of the COVID-19 epidemic. The president has a 47.8% approval, again above Miguel Barbosa and Cuauhtémoc Blanco, with 47.6% and 42.3% respectively.
This indicates a curious trend in all governors: although their general acceptance is low, a small percentage of people who disapprove of their government, approve of their handling of the pandemic.
